  • GUACOMOLI & CHIPS

    We make Guacamole in small batches many times a day from scratch. One taste and you’ll know why. No fillers, just excellent, fresh Avocados, Josephina’s secret recipe, crisp tortilla chips and pico de gallo.

  • SCOTT'S FRIES

    Haven’t seen Scott in a while, but his legacy lives on. A man-sized portion of French Fries smothered in cheese and Grilled Arracherra. Pico de Gallo on request. If you’re feeling particularly frisky ask them to add bacon for the ultimate hangover meal. (bacon costs a little extra)

  • CHICKEN WINGS

    We’re pioneering “Cozumel Wings” that might include our famous Mango Chipotle Salsa. But, we do them regularly yummy as well. Choose from Buffalo, Ranch, Blue Cheese or Mango Chipotle. (Sauce is on the side)

  • CHICHEN FINGERS

    We don’t like to admit it, but we eat a lot of Chicken Fingers here. Because sometimes, it’s the only thing that fills the void and they’re crazy delicious here. Made Fresh and served with Marinara sauce.

  • FISH FINGERS

    Fresh filet of fish sliced into the perfect sized pieces for your fingers to get it to your mouth. You are on an island, eat fish ;-) oh, and you may like to dip them in the marinara sauce provided.

  • CALAMARI STRIPS

    A lot of R & D went into our soon to be famous Calamari Strips. These are made from Calamari steaks of local giant squid. ie.. they didn’t come out of a box in the freezer. Made by hand at the time of order, served with our house cocktail sauce.

  • FRIED CHEESE

    We only can get one kind of potato on the island and we rock them. These are made fresh from white potatoes, and topped with Bacon and Sour Cream which means, they contain most of the food groups…well, bacon should count for two.

    Keeping to tradition, based on Chad’s original recipe, these are large, fresh Jalepeno’s that have been tamed by the kitchen (a little), filled with grilled, diced Arracherra and Philadelphia Cream Cheese, battered and fried. Again, no frozen box…I’m seeing a theme here. Keep a cold drink handy when tackling these.
