While on an island in such a beautiful place, one would be remiss to not take advantage of the Fresh Seafood. From Calamari to fish filets, we do our best to buy as much locally as possible. Not only that but, we don’t purchase local lobster (langosta) when not in season and we will never sell Conch as local Conch is endangered. Ceviche is a very popular dish in this part of the world. And it’s no wonder, it’s delicious, can be a snack or a meal and incredibly healthy. We will prepare fresh ceviche at the time of your order with lobster, fish, shrimp or mixed (fish/shrimp).
